• Support the execution of fiscal and tax routines (ISS, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS).
• Assist in the verification, recording, and classification of tax documents and withholdings.
• Support the preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal and Contributions).
• Organize physical and digital tax documents, ensuring traceability and support for audits.
• Interact with suppliers to clarify tax discrepancies.

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Tax/Finance/Accounting or equivalent; 

 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates will also be considered);

 Good knowledge of taxes (withholding, corporate income tax, other) and tax reporting;

Pro-active, detail oriented, organized and analytical;

Capable to work independently or in a team;

Capable to work under tight deadlines; 

Good communication skills; 

Proficient is Excel; 

Proficient in English;

Assisting in calculation of taxes and preparation of tax reporting to ensure compliance with local legislation;

Preparing and issuing invoices;

Preparing tax-accounting reconciliations;

Supporting finance department in other ad-hoc tasks; 

Basic knowledge of tax legislation, SPED, NF-e, and withholdings.

Proficiency in Excel (basic/intermediate).

Previous experience with integrated ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
