- Serve as the primary liaison with third-party payroll providers regarding payroll processing, vacation, benefits administration, and employee payments.
- Review payroll data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance; analyze month-to-month variances and ensure timely payments.
- Manage HR processes subject to eSocial reporting requirements.
- Partner with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with GDPR and LGPD regulations related to employee data.
- Oversee HR administrative routines including hiring, termination, benefits and compensation administration, vacation management, CIPA coordination, and related processes.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and labor relations matters.
Respond to payroll and HR-related inquiries, resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate and complete employee records, including personal documentation, diplomas, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, union agreements, and ISC policies.
- Manage union relations and support collective bargaining agreement processes as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule all occupational health exams (admission, periodic, and termination), including in-company examinations.
- Process HR-related invoices and coordinate payment timelines with the Finance Department.
Manage absence requests, including leaves of absence and medical documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and compliant. - Collaborate with internal departments to promote a respectful, collaborative, and professional work environment.
- Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor federal, state, and local labor legislation updates and advise management on compliance requirements and potential risks.
- Track labor lawsuits in coordination with legal counsel and represent ISC in labor hearings when required.
- Lead the implementation of new processes as part of the RM (TOTVS) revitalization project.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Desirable Intermediate to advanced English (technical and conversational).
- Minimum of three years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Experience with the TOTVS RM system is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities effectively.
