The Technology Coach is a dynamic instructional leader dedicated to empowering educators and students through the meaningful integration of technology. This role focuses on bridging the gap between digital tools and pedagogical excellence, specifically driving the implementation of the ISTE Standards and ISC AI Standards. You will serve as a mentor, co-teacher, and strategist to ensure technology enhances learning outcomes across the curriculum. The Coach will be the primary expert on the ISC Learning Management System (LMS). The position reports directly to the Director of Strategy, ESG & Innovation.

Instructional Coaching & Co-Teaching
- Partner with Principals, teachers, and the Director of Curriculum and Modern Learning to design, implement, and assess the ISTE standards for students.
- Integrate the ISC AI Standards, guiding teachers and students on the ethical, productive, and innovative use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Model best practices by co-teaching in the classroom, demonstrating how to use digital tools to foster creativity and critical thinking.
- Work directly with students to promote Digital Citizenship and responsible online behavior.
- Serve as the institutional expert on the ISC LMS, overseeing its functional use and pedagogical optimization.
- Train staff on advanced LMS features to streamline grading, differentiate instruction, and enhance student engagement.
- Curate a library of digital resources, tutorials, and "just-in-time" learning materials for teachers.
- Stay at the forefront of educational technology trends to keep the faculty informed and inspired.
- Currently pursuing pedagogical studies (pedagogia).
- Familiarity with AI tools for teaching and learning is preferred.
- Knowledge of various instructional technologies, including but not limited to multimedia content creation, coding, web editing, digital design, and software/web applications.
- Understanding of best practices for integrating and managing laptops and mobile devices in the classroom.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to support teachers, students, parents, and staff.
- Enthusiasm for educational technology and innovation.
