General responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include:
- General Desktop Support
- General Network Support
- General Laptop Support
- General Presentation Support
- General Infrastructure Support
Daily responsibilities include:
- Provide desktop and user support for employees and students
- Support network operations and connectivity
- Assist with laptop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support classroom and presentation technologies
- Assist with IT infrastructure maintenance and organization
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as needed
- Maintain an updated hardware inventory
- Currently pursuing or holding a Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Programming, Systems Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical English/Conversational English
- Knowledge is useful, but not necessary:
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android
- Experience with ticketing systems and understanding basic ITIL practices (Incident vs. Problem management)
- Familiarity with Google applications is an asset
- Diagnosing and replacing computer components, setting up printers, docking stations, and AV/smart-classroom equipment
