The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centered English Language Arts instruction aligned with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy, while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Plan and deliver high-quality English Language instruction for high school students.
Design and implement lessons that promote critical thinking, communication, reading, writing, and analytical skills.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Collaborate with colleagues, counselors, learning support staff, and administrators to support student success.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel regarding academic progress and student well-being.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required.
Uphold and promote the mission, values, and policies of the International School of Curitiba.
Bachelor's degree in English/Language or a related field.
Valid teaching certification/license.
Experience teaching English Language at the secondary or high school level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in an international school setting.
Experience teaching standards-based curricula and diverse student populations.
Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive educational practices.
