We strive to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported, while having opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Collaboration, meaningful relationships, continuous learning, and a genuine sense of belonging are an important part of the experience of working at ISC.
We are inspired by Patrick Lencioni’s Ideal Team Player and value people who are humble, hungry, and people smart, individuals who care about others, take ownership, embrace challenges, and are eager to contribute to a strong and collaborative community.
Our vision, Teaching for the Future, and our mission, Everyone Learning Everywhere, reflect our commitment to continuous growth and learning. They shape not only what we do, but how we work together: with curiosity, purpose, openness, and a belief that there is always something new to learn and someone from whom we can learn.
Working at ISC means being part of a community that cares about people, values different perspectives, and grows together.
