- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where students feel valued, connected, and supported.
- Differentiate learning intentionally in response to students' individual strengths, needs, interests, and learning profiles.
- Use assessment and relevant learning data to inform planning, instruction, and student support.
- Provide timely, specific, and actionable feedback that supports student growth and learning.
- Foster student agency, independence, collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and resilience.
- Establish clear classroom routines and expectations that promote positive learning behaviors and student responsibility.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students and demonstrate genuine care for their individual needs and development.
- Communicate proactively with families regarding student learning, progress, wellbeing, and next steps.
- Collaborate with grade-level colleagues, specialists, support staff, and school leadership to support a coherent learning experience for students.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related teaching qualification.
- Valid teaching qualification/licensure.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience teaching elementary-aged students.
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and respond to diverse student learning needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environments.
- Experience in an international, bilingual, or multicultural school environment.
- Experience with inquiry-based, student-centered, or Modern Learning approaches.
- Experience using assessment data to inform instruction and differentiation.
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its purposeful integration into learning.
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
