We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (Portuguese and English) Entry-Level Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent or upcoming graduates from programs in Computer Science or related fields at universities such as USF, FAU, or FIU (preferred graduation years: 2023–2025). While proficiency in both languages and strong academic credentials are key, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in our hiring practices. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting our clients across the U.S. and Canada, learning and implementing TOTVS solutions such as ADVPL and Protheus, and providing exceptional service and technical expertise.

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn TOTVS technologies, including ADVPL and Protheus.
• Assist in implementing and customizing TOTVS solutions for clients in the manufacturing and supply chain industries.
• Collaborate with the team on customer support, troubleshooting, and technical consultations.
• Travel to client sites, industry events, and training sessions in the U.S. and Canada.
• Work in-office 2–3 times per week in Coral Gables, FL, with some weeks alternating in Weston, FL.
• Support project management efforts by documenting requirements, preparing reports, and delivering updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of TOTVS products and services to provide exceptional value to clients.

Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment in a program with expected graduation by 2025) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to travel for work within the U.S. and Canada.
