🧭 Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and organic strategies (SEO, content marketing, etc.) focused on brand growth and lead generation
  • Analyze performance data and deliver insights for continuous optimization
  • Manage and grow the brand’s digital presence and engagement across key social platforms
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to build creative, high-impact campaign assets
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trends, and new tools to keep campaigns relevant and innovative
  • Coordinate segmented email marketing campaigns to boost open and conversion rates
  • Track KPIs and define measurable goals for all digital activities
  • Align closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure consistency across the funnel

  • A/B testing and performance measurement frameworks
  • Copywriting and visual brief development for performance campaigns

  • Web traffic acquisition and conversion funnel optimization

🎓 Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, both paid and organic
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to drive lead generation and optimize conversion performance
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience with email marketing and A/B testing tools like HubSpot or RD Station
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to present ideas and results clearly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English
🎓 Nice to Have
    • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot or similar platforms
    • Experience with BI tools such as Looker and/or Power BI
    • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices
    • Fluent in Spanish
