We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will play a central role in our Commercial department, supporting the transformation of market data and competitive insights into strategic actions. This position will be responsible for supporting commercial activities, including sales planning, participation in tender processes, and decision-making support within a dynamic offshore vessel supply and demand environment.

  • The Commercial Coordinator position sits at the core of our Commercial organisation and plays a critical role in shaping how we understand its markets, giving full support to commercial department demands. In this role, your work will directly support commercial activities including: client sales meetings, CRC — Petrobras, ARIBA — SAP management to ensure company participation in clients demands opportunities , sales planning / reports, KPI’s ,bidding  support in tendering process Petrobras, IOC’s, EPC’s and others,  elaborate risk assessments on future opportunities/projects, helping the legal dept. to identify eventual risks on future charters contracts.
  • You will be a key contributor to building and maintaining a strong, shared understanding of offshore market dynamics, including market size, market shares, competitor positioning, and vessel supply. By continuously analysing how and why these factors evolve over time, you will help the organisation anticipate change rather than react to it. You will translate complex data into clear insights that guide strategic priorities.
  • Good level in verbal and written English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal, Economy or related areas.
  • MBA in Business will be considered a plus for this position.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience from a similar role within the Oil & Gas market, giving you a solid understanding of market dynamics, commercial drivers, and competitive landscape.
  • You have experience in Petronect, ARIBA, SAMA systems.
  • You have knowledge in Petrobras and IOC’s tendering process.
  • You are highly comfortable working with large and complex datasets and integrating data from multiple sources. You have strong hands‑on experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and you enjoy turning raw data into structured insights.
  • You can translate market data, research, and trends into meaningful input for commercial strategy, sales planning, and leadership decision‑making, always keeping the business context in mind.
