We are seeking a QHSE Intern to support the activities of the Quality, Safety, Environment and Health Management System, based at our office in Rio de Janeiro. The intern will provide support to the area’s administrative and operational routines, contributing to compliance with legal, regulatory, client and internal organisational requirements, as well as to the continuous improvement of processes.

• Supporting the maintenance and updating of QHSE Management System documentation;
• Assisting with the control of QHSE indicators, records and evidence;
• Providing support to inspection routines, internal audits and corrective actions;
• Supporting the area in monitoring applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Contributing to the organisation of training sessions, campaigns and awareness initiatives;
• Assisting in the preparation of QHSE reports requested by clients; 
• Supporting administrative activities related to the QHSE area.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering or similar areas;
• Advanced level of English for reading and writing documentation;
• Basic knowledge of QSMS, occupational safety or management systems;
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• Availability to undertake the internship for 6 working hours.
