Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team with managing quotations, processing purchase orders, conducting follow-ups, coordinating both domestic and international logistics, supporting internal stakeholder requests, and providing general assistance with daily team activities.
As a Procurement Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by helping with data entry, documentation, and supplier communications. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Internacional Relations, Logistics, Administration or related areas;
• Advanced level of English;
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Willingness to learn, including adaptability to use ERP systems and handle daily procurement challenges.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude;
• Availability to undertake the internship for 6 working hours.
