We are looking for a professional with an analytical profile, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to join our Accounts Payable & Receivable team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring process accuracy, meeting deadlines, and maintaining efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.

 This position will be responsible for processing and reviewing supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, as well as managing the accounts payable flow, ensuring timely payments and contributing to cash flow optimization.

• Responsible for processing and reviewing supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, as well as managing the accounts payable flow, ensuring timely payments and contributing to cash flow optimization;
• Provide support to suppliers, assisting in the resolution of payment-related issues and performing accounts payable reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations;
• Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, receipt tracking, and customer follow-up, as well as monitoring outstanding balances and delinquency indicators, supporting collection efforts;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls, working closely with the finance team and other company departments on matters related to accounts payable and receivable.

• Good level in verbal and written English;

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable (required);

Knowledge of financial processes (invoice-to-pay, reconciliations, controls);

• Experience with financial systems/ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar);
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis);
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
