You will support core financial activities, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring structure, organisation, and smooth day-to-day operations.
In your daily work, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will also monitor the accounts payable flow, ensuring timely payments while contributing to effective cash flow management.
You will interact with suppliers, supporting the resolution of payment-related queries and performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
Additionally, you will support accounts receivable activities, including invoice issuance, tracking incoming payments, and engaging with customers when needed. You will help monitor outstanding balances and support collection efforts.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls, working closely with the finance team and other departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
We are looking for a professional with an analytical mindset, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail, who is motivated to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and contribute to the efficiency of financial operations.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
  • Have prior experience in Accounts Payable (required) and ideally exposure to Accounts Receivable;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial processes such as invoice-to-pay, reconciliations, and internal controls;
  • Have experience with financial systems/ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar);
  • Possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
  • Have advanced English and Portuguese proficiency (written and spoken);
  • Show strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
