We are looking for an Operations Intern. This position will be responsible for supporting the Operations department with daily tasks.

  • Assist daily offshore operations involving OSV vessels such as AHTS, RSV, and PSV;
  • Support and promote a strong safety-first culture in daily activities;
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, work instructions, the ISM Code, and applicable statutory and maritime regulations;
  • Support daily operational routines and administrative activities within the Operations department
  • Assist local subcontractors, agents, and service providers in operational matters when required;
  • Use operational systems and tools such as IFS, UNISEA, CFM, and other internal platforms as part of daily activities;
  • Help maintain and organize operational documentation, including Daily Reports, Maintenance Reports, certificates, and other records;
  • Assist with maintenance and vessel conversion schedules and related follow-up activities;
  • Support predictive maintenance follow-up activities and fleet condition reporting;
  • Assist in monitoring vessel operations, including logistical support for port activities;
  • Support communication and interaction with internal departments such as Technical, Crewing, Supply Chain, and HSE;
  • Provide support during customer interactions and operational activities related to active contracts,
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English for reading and writing 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude;
  • Availability to undertake the internship for 6 working hours.
  • Ability to support the development of Excel reports, spreadsheets, and operational controls is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI is considered an advantage,
  • Basic understanding of OSV vessel operations and offshore support vessel setups is a plus.
