We are looking for a
highly motivated Finance Intern to join our Finance Rotation Program. Over a
two-year internship period, the selected candidate will report directly to the
Finance Director and rotate across all core finance functions of the company,
including Accounts Payable & Receivable, Treasury, Accounting, Tax and
FP&A.
This position is designed to provide broad exposure to the financial operations of an international offshore services company, allowing the intern to develop strong analytical, operational and financial skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the finance function, supporting daily activities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, payment controls, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, and the preparation of supporting documentation for accounting and tax routines.
Throughout the internship, you will contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, management reporting, financial analyses, and the preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives and internal control activities, working closely with different areas of the business and external partners. This role offers a broad learning experience and the opportunity to support strategic projects while developing a solid understanding of corporate finance in a dynamic and international environment.
This is an intern and temporary position based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and reporting to the Finance Director. If you can imagine yourself in this role, we look very much forward hearing from you. To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
- Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Expected graduation date in approximately 2 years;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Good level in verbal and written English;
- Proactive profile with willingness to learn and develop across multiple finance disciplines;
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered an advantage and may help you succeed in this role:
- Previous internship experience in finance, consulting, audit or related areas.
- Knowledge of Power BI or financial systems/ERPs.
- Interest in corporate finance and offshore/maritime industry.
