As a Technical Maintenance Intern, you will support the Fleet Technical Management team in the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities across the offshore vessel fleet. In this role, you will assist in the execution and monitoring of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, support maintenance planning activities, and follow up on work orders to ensure operational efficiency.
You will also be responsible for supporting maintaining technical records, preparing reports, monitoring fleet performance indicators, and supporting budget control and technical documentation processes.
Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and management dashboards, while assisting with vessel inspections, audits, and dry-docking projects. The position requires close interaction with vessel crews, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support technical operations and ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities.

- Undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
- Expected graduation date in approximately 2 years;
- Good level in verbal and written English;
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Be available to work in Rio de Janeiro.
While not mandatory, the
following qualifications will be considered an advantage and may help you
succeed in this role:
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (IFS, SAP, Maximo, or similar);
- Previous internship, academic project, or engineering competition experience;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Interest in offshore maritime operations and vessel maintenance.
