Developing new customers, items and business in South America; Setting up (Planning) specific strategies for entering South American markets; Managing TF (South America biz expansion) organization and managing TF members’ work; Matching work and manpower properly and evaluating TF members’ performance; Leading the meetings with customers and subcontractors and business trips to neighboring countries; Starting new business and stabilizing the business; Customer management and support requested information; Maintaining good relations with competitive subcontractors and finding new subcontractors; Negotiating with customers and subcontractors regarding freight, cost/rates and all the others; Solving problems with customers, subcontractors or any other problems presented by any issue; Support the preparation for route research, operational planning, competitive rates and submit the quotation to the customers in timely manner; Support/Proceed new business, project and support to prepare for analysis reports/plan;  Monitor/Supervise AR/AP status and support to make a payment collection plans for old aging accounts; Supervise to make service contracts/agreements/certificates/insurance copies and monitor the validity of them; Support/prepare for short/mid/long term of business plans, analysis and forecast reports.
