This is a position for the Operational Excellence team in Brazil employee to liaise with the UWL do Brazil office and UWL Inc. office. This person will be responsible for assisting the US Exports team operationally, handling shipments and providing the customers with better solution for their logistical needs, aiming for customer satisfaction and services agility for UWL, Inc.

• Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request.
• Addresses client needs and requests with internal stakeholders.
•  Input Imports/Exports data and emit documents through the customer and UWL’s system.
•  Account responsibility from a desk level
• Direct support to US operations team
• Open Shipments if applicable
• Review and Update opened files according to the documents if applicable
• Communicates with operations, carriers, agents and customer
•  Operates tracking & tracing and troubleshoot rail gate in and gate out, if applicable
•   Consolidate files
•   Manages rolled shipments
•  Handling of Arrival Notices
•  Submit Insurance procedures
•     Review of files/shipment for compliance with the AMS transmission
•     Request commercial documents
•    Verify and review Telex releases
•     Review conformances for SOC
•   Troubleshoot Destination Job Complete in Shipments
•   Assist with tracking and troubleshoot of ISF not matching with analyst assistance if applicable
•   Manage UWL Inboxes of contact with costumers and carriers in your area

•      Experience in Foreign Trade;
•     Advanced English;
•      Analytical profile;
• Studying or graduated in university courses related to Foreign Trade, logistics or International Relations. Be compliant to WGBP trainings.
