This position is part of the Operational Excellence team in Brazil and will work closely with UWL Inc.'s teams in the US. The selected professional will provide operational support to the Export team, managing shipments and delivering efficient logistics solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Evaluate shipment requests and customer requirements to ensure operational feasibility and compliance.
• Manage booking requests with customers and carriers, monitoring booking status and updates.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipment schedules, cut-offs, transit milestones, and operational deadlines.
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation and shipment records through customer and UWL systems.
• Open, review, update, and maintain shipment files based on supporting documentation and operational requirements.
• Maintain close communication with internal teams, customers, carriers, agents, and overseas partners to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress through tracking and tracing activities, including troubleshooting rail gate-in and gate-out issues when applicable.
• Manage rolled, delayed, and exception shipments, proactively identifying risks, inconsistencies, and potential service disruptions.
• Manage shared operational mail in boxes and customer/carrier communications within the assigned scope of responsibility.
• Consolidate shipment files and maintain accurate operational records and account ownership.
• Support process organization, operational control, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and deliver efficient logistics solutions focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify operational risks, recommend corrective actions, and support timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and training requirements.

• Experience in International Trade, Freight Forwarding, Logistics Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international logistics environment.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
