As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be hunting leads, prospecting, networking, and creating your independent pipelines.


You will interact with  customers in person, calls, chat, or video. This role focuses on providing the best customer service experience for our clients and prospective customers. This role needs to provide a  quick delivery and a WOW Service Experience, not only to the clients but also to the referral partners.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day, including but not limited to quoting and selling new business policies that fit in our Commercial and Personal Lines Niche Market.
  • Prospect and Build Pipeline to fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through in-person networking, online strategies, social media usage, and other marketing-proven methods.
  • Build courteous and successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
  • Assist in growing the assigned book of business through cold calling, account rounding, and referrals•
  • Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, and a positive attitude.
  • Promote a commitment to achieve or exceed internal and external performance standards.
  • Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
