We are seeking professionals to join the educational staff of a leading Jewish school in Brazil, serving as Shlichim in the fields of Jewish Education and Hebrew within the formal school curriculum.We are looking for teachers or a couple who wish to experience a Shlichut assignment in Brazil and contribute to our students' Hebrew language proficiency, as well as their cultural and Jewish development, through welcoming and creative pedagogical practices aligned with the school's educational philosophy.

Plan and teach Hebrew classes in accordance with the school's pedagogical plan and guidelines;
Develop teaching activities and strategies appropriate for the students' age groups and needs;Monitor student development and learning progress;
Foster a welcoming, organized, and stimulating learning environment;
Guide and support students during classroom activities;
Design, administer, and grade assignments, projects, and assessments;
Record and track student performance and progress;
Participate in pedagogical meetings, projects, and other school activities;
Collaborate with the pedagogical coordination team and fellow teachers;
Contribute to the development of students' Jewish identity and their connection to Israel;
Participate in activities, projects, and initiatives related to Jewish Education and the school's community life;
Participate in other pedagogical activities and requirements of the specific school division.
Higher education degree in Education, Hebrew Language Studies,Linguistics/Literature, or related fields;Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and practices;
Prior experience in formal teaching;
Fluent Hebrew;
Good level of English;Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively;
Alignment with Jewish education and a connection to the Jewish community;
Availability and motivation to undertake an educational Shlichut in São Paulo, Brazil;
Preferred qualifications;
Experience with children, adolescents, and/or young adults in Jewish educational settings in the Diaspora;
Experience in Jewish schools;
Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish;
Prior experience in Shlichut or other international educational contexts.
